Where do we meet for the first time?

All our activities start at our office, Trg golobarskih žrtev 20, in the center of Bovec. Of course, we can meet in any other place that we agree on. On the meeting place you meet the driver or a guide that will take you to pick up the equipment.

At what hour do we meet?

For hours of departure, you can ask via mail, call us or visit us at the office in Bovec, but the usual hours you can find on our page at every activity.

Do I have to make a reservation?

Yes. By booking, you can secure your adventure on your desired day at the time that suits you. Therefore, we recommend that you make a reservation as soon as you know when you want to do the selected activity.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation through our website (reservation form), you can call us on +386 041 635 893, or write to info@bovec.com.

What if I cancel my reservation or change it?

No problem. Just let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the place to someone else.

Where and when do I make payment of the agreed activity?

You will pay in the office in Bovec, before leaving for your activity. You can also pay with credit card.

Do you offer discounts?

Of course. Discounts are listed in the price list.

What should I wear?

With you, for all the activities, you need swimwear and a towel. We provide all the rest, neoprene clothes, shoes, wind stopper, life jacket and helmet. For tandem paragliding flight it is important that you have proper footwear, gym shoes or hiking boots.

Do I have to have experience?

No. All of our activities are made for beginners.

Can the past injuries hinder me in my chosen activity?

Yes. Therefore, we advise you to contact us before making a reservation and inform us of any problems you may have.

Do I need to know how to swim?

Average swimming skills are sufficient, but if you are not a swimmer contact us and together we will find suitable activity for you.

Can I take my camera with me?

We advise you not to take any cameras on all water activities because they can only hinder you, and we would like you to enjoy on you activity 100%. On a tandem flight we encourage you to take camera with you. Attach it to your hand or elsewhere and you will never forget this incredible feeling of flying.
